Klacar moves houses, condos and apartments across Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton and the Greater Toronto Area, and long-distance to anywhere in Canada. The crew that arrives works for Klacar, on equipment we have owned and maintained since 2012.

Klacar is an asset-based mover. That means the trucks, the crews and the operations belong to one company, ours, and there is no broker in the middle reselling your move.
A residential move with us starts with a walkthrough, on site or by video, so the quote reflects the actual home: the stairs, the piano, the elevator booking, the parking on a narrow Oakville street. From there you get one written quote, one contact and one crew.
Since 2012 we have moved families across Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton and the GTA, and from Ontario to every corner of Canada. Our customers rate us 5.0 on Google.
Pick the pieces you need. Every option rides on our own equipment.
On site or by video. You get a written price based on the real home, not a form guess.
Full packing, fragile-only, or supplies delivered ahead so you can pack yourself.
Floor runners, blanket-wrapped furniture, straight truck or trailer sized to the home.
Pianos, safes, treadmills, artwork and glass. Tell us in advance and the right gear is on the truck.
Closing dates rarely line up. Goods can wait in our Burlington warehouse for a night or a season.
Boxes unpacked into the rooms they belong in, and the packaging hauled away.

Tell us the two addresses, the date and roughly what is in the home. Someone on our operations team calls back.
We look at the stairs, the driveway, the piano and the elevator, then send one written price.
Your crew and truck are held for the day. Boxes and materials are delivered ahead if you are packing yourself.
Floor runners down, furniture wrapped, everything loaded in a planned order and driven by our own driver.
Furniture placed, beds assembled, boxes in the right rooms. Packaging leaves with the truck.
Klacar owns its trucks. Here is what that changes for your move.
No subcontractor found after you signed. Our people, trained on our equipment.
Call 289-855-5544 and speak to someone who knows where your load is right now.
Straight trucks and 53-foot trailers, most with liftgates, so city streets, condos and long-distance moves each get the right rig.
If the new place is not ready, your goods wait with us, not with a third party.
Our yard is at 3375 North Service Road, Unit C6 in Burlington, so a Burlington, Oakville, Milton or Hamilton move starts with a short drive, not a long one. The same crews run Mississauga, Toronto and the rest of the GTA.
Local moves are priced by the hour with a truck and crew sized to the home. A one-bedroom condo and a five-bedroom house in Ancaster do not get the same truck, and they should not get the same price.
All served from the Burlington yard with our own trucks and crews. See service areas.

As early as you can. End-of-month dates are popular with closings, so call as soon as your date is fixed.
Either. Full packing, fragile-only packing, or you pack and we load. Boxes, tape and wardrobe cartons can be delivered ahead of the move date.
We hold your goods in our Burlington warehouse for a night, a week or a season, then deliver when the keys are in your hand. See storage and warehousing.
Yes. Klacar is fully insured, and a certificate is available on request.
Yes. Ontario to any province is a regular route for us, and moves into the United States are handled on our cross-border page.
Local moves are priced by the hour for a truck and crew sized to the home. A typical one-bedroom condo is a smaller crew and a short day; a four-bedroom house with a garage is a bigger crew and a full day. The written quote after the walkthrough sets out the price.
If travel time applies to your move, it is written into the quote, not added at the end.
Pianos, safes, treadmills, large glass and artwork are routine for us. Tell us in advance so the right gear and the right number of people are on the truck. A hot tub or a very large safe is quoted separately.
We move in most weather. Floor protection goes down at both ends, furniture is wrapped before it leaves the house, and the crew adjusts the load order so goods spend as little time outside as possible.
We own them. Our trucks and trailers all run from our yard in Burlington with our own drivers. The crew that arrives works for Klacar.
Yes. Most Burlington, Oakville and Mississauga condos need a booked elevator window and a certificate of insurance for the building. We handle the certificate and plan the load to fit the window.
Yes. Fragile-only packing is the most common split: you pack books and clothes, we pack the kitchen, glass and artwork.
The crew notes the condition of furniture at pickup. If something is damaged, tell operations and the claim is handled directly with Klacar, not through a broker.
